Introduction
Athletes from around the world have gathered to compete in the annual Diceathion competition. They will take
part in six different sports disciplines to determine who is the greatest athlete.
Game Set Up
The last person to have to have exercised becomes the first player.
Take a number of dice equal to the number of players plus 1 additional dice (i.e. in a 4 player game take 5 dice)
Turn Onder
The first player rolls all the dice.
They then choose one dice, remove it from play, and write the number onto their game sheet.
They must follow the rules of the individual sports when writing the number. (see below)
The player on their right now chooses a dice, removes it from play and writes the number on their game sheet.
This continues until the first player takes a second dice, then the player to the right becomes the first player for the
next round
Before choosing a dice, players may use any of their coaches to re-roll the dice, flip the dice to the opposite
number or add 1 to the dice number. You may only use each coach once per game.
Game End
When a player can no longer write a number on their game sheet, they must pass their tum and the
competition for them is now over. Remember to remove a dice each time a player has finished
The game ends when all players have passed, then medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd are awarded for each sport.
Players are awarded points based on the medal eamed. Gold eams 5 points, silver earns 3 points and
bronze eams 1 point. The player with the most points wins.
‘Some sports have tiebreakers listed below in the case of a tie, if there is still a tie after any of these then the
medal is shared between those players.
