Reflection #1
I began this SBA with the thought that childhood obesity was not prevalent
in today's society. In fact, I thought it was that it was not a big issue until I had a
conversation with a victim of obesity.
I gathered vast amount of information from the article “Childhood Obesity”.
The article had information on the method on how to prevent childhood obesity
which was followed be examples.
The song “Fat Children”, was based on how the obese children was being
discriminate because of their body size and being criticize for the food they eat and
the way they carry themselves around people.
The poem “Obesity” was about how the obese children life. The poet
describes the life and the feeling of the obese children who are being exposed to
today’s society. Obesity changes they life of the victims.
I learned that childhood obesity is very serious and can be prevent.

Reflection #2
“Childhood Obesity Tips” is an article that organized the different practices
to avoid childhood obesity. Images was used with different color background to
portray the practices more vividly which was the reason why I choose this article.
“Obesity” is a poem which uses end rhymes. Examples are “old” and “bold”,
“can” and “pan”. These end rhymes were used to help give a rhythm and melody to
the message. The end rhymes help me to memories and understand the message the
poet is trying to portray the poem.
“Fat Children” is a song that had rhetorical question. Examples "So you
telling me that your family Has a history of obesity?" This question challenges
parents to reconsider their decisions based on their family history and its potential
impact on their children's health. The use of rhetorical question helps to force
attention to the message of the song.

Reflection #3
This SBA helped me to learn the cause and the prevention of childhood
obesity.
I leant that obese children are being bullies and discriminate because of their
condition. Childhood obesity occur when children are not exercising, instead they
are eating and sitting. By having a balance diet the children can prevent being
obese and avoid being bully.
My experience working in the group with members, I encounter some
difficulties. The experience was difficult a first since some members had
difficulties in choosing a sub-topic, but it began to settle down with the members
and everyone was working and helping each other.
By working in a group I get to learn and experience new things. It helps the
member of the groups to focus and do their work to submit on time.
My knowledge of writing has increase also my summarizing ability also
increase while doing this SBA.
