Sequence Patterns Worksheet 5.1a

This mathematics worksheet provides students with practice finding terms in numeric sequences when given the general (nth) term expression. It contains 4 problems: 1) students write out terms and find the 15th term for sequences with given differences; 2) students write the first 4 terms for sequences with given nth term expressions; 3) students determine the nth term and 50th term for a sequence with given starting terms; and 4) students continue shape patterns by drawing the next shape and writing the number of lines in each as a sequence with a general term.
