My Favorite Vacation Essay
Crafting an essay on the topic of "My Favorite Vacation" may initially seem like a delightful task,
filled with the promise of reliving cherished memories and expressing the joy of a leisurely getaway.
However, the challenge lies in encapsulating the essence of a personal experience in a way that
captivates the reader's imagination and conveys the emotions evoked by the vacation.
The difficulty arises from the need to strike a balance between providing vivid details that paint a
picturesque scene and ensuring the narrative remains focused and coherent. It requires not just a
recollection of events but an artful expression of how each moment contributed to the overall
enjoyment. Selecting the right words and constructing sentences that convey the ambiance, the
emotions, and the significance of the vacation can be a daunting task.
Furthermore, the challenge extends to avoiding the trap of turning the essay into a mere travelogue.
The essay should transcend a mere itinerary and delve into the personal growth, the connections
made, or the lessons learned during the vacation. Striking this balance between personal reflection
and engaging storytelling adds another layer of complexity.
The challenge intensifies when considering the need for a compelling introduction and a satisfying
conclusion. Crafting an opening that intrigues the reader while setting the stage for the narrative
requires a creative touch. Meanwhile, wrapping up the essay in a way that leaves a lasting impression
without feeling forced demands finesse.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of "My Favorite Vacation" is no simple feat. It requires
weaving a tapestry of memories, emotions, and reflections into a cohesive and engaging narrative.

Benefits Of Controlling Airline Ticket Distribution
Airline Distribution System
Benefits of Controlling Airline Ticket Distribution
Recently, major United States airlines has made radical changes in market s distribution
channels, and one of the changes is controlling airline tickets distribution. The control of
ticket distribution has brought about many advantages to major airline companies across
the globe by coming up with internet ticketing websites that are less expensive,
bypasses global distribution system as well as the associated booking fees (United
States General Accounting Office, 2003). Internet ticketing has encouraged many
passengers to book through internet websites, as these sites tend to be less expensive
by means of payment considering the traditional way where individuals would have to
visit the airline offices. Airlines have been able to trim the commission costs that they
were paying to travel agencies by using the internet. Consumers who booked via the
internet websites have benefited by being able to compare and access scheduling
information, as well as finding special low fares that are available (Paul, 2005). As far as
the author is concerned, the strategy of controlling the distribution of airline tickets
varies from one airline to the other because of different cultures; for instance, for a data
vendor that is not global distribution system processes a booking made through
Continental website and, on the other hand, Delta airline normally controls its ticket

Low And Low Self Esteem
Self esteem has started to show a great impact on the life of people around us. Although
there are high and low levels of self esteem, which can lead us to divergent conclusions.
The people with high self esteem, appear to be narcissistic and have the thought that the
world revolves all around themselves. Accordingly, to the people with low self esteem
they go to the conclusions of suicide, and depression, they ponder that people do not
love them enough, so that they are not worthy enough to be in this life. The effects of
low self esteemand high self esteem leave an impact on the career that people set their
mind to. The cause of self esteem plays a huge role in our life because it will affect our
future careers and success in the future.
Success depends on the mindset. Moreover, the mindset is what one sets itself to think
or do. Ordinarily, the mindset that the people have reflects on their own personality
and the way that they view the world. Arguably, many people see the world unevenly
than the other people do. They see the world as chaotic and stressful, as the other
people view it regular, normal with the problems it has and the peace it has also. The
people with a fixed mindset have a contrastingly view of the world than the people with
low and high self esteem do. In an EdPuzzle video, the speaker talks about how
everything is set in the mindset. Guy Winch, the speaker in EdPuzzle, states Our parents

How Business Is Not Sustainable
Every business is initiated and run with the aim of making profits. As such, every
employer must compel his or her employees to work hard to ensure that the business
objectives are achieved. Additionally, every business, whether big or small in size have
come to the realization that the traditional methods that were used to measure the
performance of the business contribute little in matters of the shareholders. Notably,
much of the decisions and the policies were meant to ensure that the company gunner
maximum returns. However, it was without the consideration of the stakeholders and the
employees involved in the running of the business. Also, many are the times when most
employers forget to consider the environment that that their companies operate.
Resultantly, the environment ends up getting impacted negatively by the enterprise
operations. This means that the business is not sustainable. However, to ensure the
sustainabilityof such a business, the management department ought to put more efforts

every party involved in running of the company such as the employees, stakeholders,

Reflection Paper On Physician Assistant
It was an enlightening experience to be able to shadow a physician assistant now as a
physician assistant student compared to my previous experiences as a pre physician
assistant student. I could appreciate and understand more the expectations and demands
that comes with the profession. Similarly, how effective a physicianassistant may be at
meeting the core competencies in the physician assistant profession. While shadowing
Pediatric PA Nick Constantino, I found he meet all the competencies in our profession,
but the two that stood out to me the most were patient care and medical knowledge.
During the time I spent shadowing PA Constantino, I was able to notice how well
rehearsed he was with medical literature. We saw about eight patients who presented
with varying complaints such as spontaneous nocturnal leg pain, foreign body in ear,
wellness checks, possible celiac disease, refill for medications, change of medications,
and cold like symptoms. I was particularly interested on how he handled the case with
the spontaneous nocturnal leg pain. According to the mother, the child would wake up in
the middle night with bilateral leg pain that was soothed with warm baths and Motrin.
The child had not sustained any injuries and after the second episode of leg pain he was
taken to the Emergency Room to be evaluated.
Labs were drawn and x rays were taken of his legs and the results were normal. PA
Constantino elicited more information from the child as he conducted his physical
