The Effect Of Magnetic Organizer On Young Older Audience
Review of Literature Target Audience The Magnetic Organizer will appeal to a young
older audience. Both boys and girls can be unorganized, and therefore the Magnetic
Organizer is for both genders. The Magnetic Organizer can appeal to many students
who have trouble being organized in school. Leaving folders, papers, or homework
somewhere are constant struggles of students. Magnetic Organizers can be used by
both amateurs and professionals as both need to be organized in order to either
become a professional, or stay one. The disabled could probably not use this design, as
the main function needed to operate my design is to pull up the bin from the
magnetic lock, and be able to grab whatever is placed inside of the magnetic binder.
This is not a very complex design, so it can be used without much previous knowledge
on how it functions. The concept of the design can be learned fairly quick. Similar
Products Many common products meet the need as the magnetic organizer. One of the
most common are named folders. This product meets the same purpose as the Magnetic
Organizer, although, is very simple. Papers can fall out if turned upside down, and can
cause much stress if done on accident. Another downside to folder is there small size
can cause us to regard our attention to larger objects, causing the possibility of forgetting
the folder somewhere. Another product is named a bin. A bin can be used to store many
items and papers, although it may not always be very portable,
Essay On Underage Drinking
There are so many people who have drank underage. Norah Piehl quotes, According to
a 1991 University of Michigan study 81% of students had had at least one alcoholic
drink in their lives (13 Piehl). Wow, that is scary. Imagine, 81 percent of students; that is
to many people. What is alcohol anyway? Rob Nagel states, Alcoholis a depressant that
acts as a numbing agent on the central nervous system. So drinking alcohol can slow
down the central nervous system and can impair a person s judgement. Another
interesting fact from Rob is, It is estimated that 75% of alcoholics are male and 25% are
female. Since there are statistics about underage drinking, there must be an origin of
underage drinking.
There are many purposes for underage ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Peer pressure, the social acceptability of drinking, and a desire to escape from
emotional stress and anxiety can all set the stage for a person s descent into alcohol
addiction. Peer pressure from others can lead to underage drinking by the desire to fit
in with the crowd. An interview was done with Margaret Bezick and she told us, If a
family member is an alcoholic and they are around their kids, it can lead to underage
drinking. It lead to my brother drinking underage and becoming an alcoholic.
Similarly, a phrase from Rob Nagel supports this idea. Children with a biological
parent who is an alcoholic are more likely to become alcoholics that are children who
do not have an alcoholic parent. Being around an alcoholic as a child will show a
young child about the effects of alcohol. They would grow up around that person, and
think that drinking underage is the right thing because of witnessing it as an innocent
infant. Leanne Currie McGhee has an interesting fact in her book that says, According
to the CDC, people aged 12 to 20 drink 11 percent of all alcohol consumed in the United
States(pg 21 Currie McGhee) . There are many causes of underage drinking which have
led to some short and long term effects.
There are many outcomes of underage drinking. First, is brain damage. According to
Rob Nagel, If alcohol is consumed faster then the liver can process it, a sufficient
amount is carried by the blood to the brain
The Novel Lord Of The Flies
Human nature is described differently by each person. Some people believe that it is the
true kindness and love in our hearts; others think that it is the evil inside everyone, dying
to come out. Whether good or bad, human nature is the emotions, actions, and thoughts
that naturally occur without any outside influences like the media, school, church,
family, or friends. It is how we truly act, think, and feel when we are completely
excluded from society. The boys in the novel Lord of the Flies are pulled away from
society when they get stranded on an island. There are no adults or any means of
communication on the island. After being away from society for a while, the boys
inevitably start to slip into human nature.
We, as humans, usually tend to see the best in ourselves. We choose to see the
possibility of the world achieve peace and solving hunger. Maybe it is just easier to
imagine for us because we don t want to confront the evilness that could lie within us.
Should we continue to ignore it or is there something for us to learn by looking deeper
into who we are or who we could become? William Golding, the author of Lord of the
Flies, demonstrates human nature all throughout the book. According to Golding,
human nature is barbaric. His belief is that when we are pulled away from society, we
revert to savagery and utter chaos and disorder. In Lord of the Flies, human nature is
portrayed as savage because when the boys are pulled out of society, they begin to slip
into
Throw Bot Advantages And Disadvantages
The throw bot is, the most versatile, robust, stealthy and easy to deploy robot system in
the world. It can survive drops from about fifteen feet and can endure throws of over
fifty feet. It functions at a stunning twenty decibels, which is quieter than a whisper.
The robot has an infrared optical system which provides a clear recording, making it
easy to see in a dark environment. The throw bot can transmit footage up to one
hundred feet indoors and up to three hundred feet outdoors and has recently been
modified to be able to hear audio. The throw bot is a great tool that serves its purpose
and can be used in many different situations. The throw bot comes in three different
forms. One that has two wheels, one that has four wheels, and another one that has six
wheels. The design with two wheels is cylindrical and looks like a soda can. It has two
wheels at each end and has a small infrared optical system at the top. Though the design
may be stealthy this device is limited when it comes to rough terrain and small obstacles
and has a tendency to deviate when moving. The four wheeled throw bot has a
rectangular shape and big wheels that... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is very simple to install and the throw bots can get into tight spaces in which humans
cannot. Once the throw bot is activated, the controller uses the OPU to control the robot.
Each wheel in the throw bot is powered by a separate ten millimeter diameter, high
power motor. The wires at the top of the robot are used to receive the signals from the
controller. The bot comes with a small microphone that records conversations and also
sends video feeds back to the OCU. In addition to all these attachments, the user also has
the opportunity to attach a small bomb which is also activated using the OCU. In all, the
throw bot has many different functions and is a highly sophisticated tool that could be
used in many
Egyptian Culture
These workers have spent countless days on crafting me, They use these tools to craft
edges to give me shape. For I do not know what exactly I am yet, I know I must be
important. One man, who must be the ruler or leader of these people, checks on me
everyday to see how close I am to being done. I do not understand these people, but I
believe that I am their creation using two different cultures. As I take shape, I can see
that my body is the shape of a creature. They call it an animal, from what i can hear
them talk about this animal, they call it a lion. This lion, is huge in the egyptian
culture. The fur and the lion s muscles are beautifully done to the point where im am
impressed. This process takes an incredibly long time to finish and takes an incredible
amount of concentration. I am not made of the same material as the crafters, they look
soft and warm but i feel like I am quite solid and cold. I over hear the workers talking
about how I am made from granite, a sculpting material only used for the greatest of
works.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is puzzling to me because that would make me half man and half lion. Learning
more from hearing the workers talking, I have found out that the Egyptians have been
taken over by a new ruler. For a very long time, Egypt has been taking a lot of things
from its neighbors the Kushites. The Kushites have lived near the Egyptians for
thousands of years, and always have been looked down upon by its northern neighbor.
They would often steal their resources, like their gold, ivory and often their slaves.
Slaves are a huge proponent of Egyptian culture, and even Egypt was said to be the
Master to the Kushites. Although recently, the Kushites have conquered all of the cities
in Egypt and have gained rule over
Third Reich In Germany Research Paper
Many people would argue that WW2 began because of two things the loss of WWII
by and the great depression. This began with the United States stock market crash, it
did not affect just the U.S but it affected the world. One of the worst hit nations was
Germany this was based on the fact that they were still paying for war reparations
from world war 1 on top of all of these event Germany s economy practically
disappeared which left the country in anarchy. This allowed the NSDAP (NAZIS) to
allow the rise of the Third Reich in Germany in 1934. Immediately following came the
entrance of the fuhrer meaning the leader which was Adolf Hitler. The problems began
with the fuhrer s ideological supremacy and his idea of cleansing the European nation

They also hired many scientist on the bases of advanced military research and advance
military strategies such as the blitzkrieg tactic. He also heavily focused on rebuilding
and modernizing infrastructure examples includes the autobahn which is an interstate
that exists today that runs most of the width of Germany today(Perry, James. German
Wartime Industrial Production: World War II. World at War: Understanding Conflict
and Society,). If Adolf Hitler would have stopped there his economies would have
recuperated and his nation would have prospered. the problem was Adolf Hitler
wanted more and so he wanted to take back the land lost in the war which was
primarily the states in the now country of Austria and he takes the land unquestioned
which gives him more land and factories. With total mobilization in hand by 1942 with
the war waging against the Soviet Union Germany was at the peak of production and
so was their GDP.(Perry, James. German Wartime Industrial Production: World War II.
World at War: Understanding Conflict and Society,) After the allies declared war on
the Axis powers Germany wanted to take Great Brittan fast, there was a problem with
this. Great Britain was an island so they decided now was the time to really test the
strength of the Luftwaffe (this was Germany s rebuilt air force and at the time they
were the most advanced air force on the planet)(Dildy, Douglas C. The air battle for
England: the truth behind the failure of the Luftwaffe s counter air campaign in 1941.
). As their bombing campaign began in 1938 it proved to be a great success. This
caused problems for Britain because they were at war but they couldn t get their
workers to the factories because the people would be killed or there was not a factory to
work at
