M/S AE Solar Alternative Energy, Sale Tax no 3277876125114 and NTN no
7225167-3 hereby declare that we are a commercial importer. We import
finished products and supply the same to their respective users without any
value addition therein.
AE Solar (Alternative Energy) is exempted from withholding of income tax
under section 153(1) and as per 263(1)/2011, (Clause 77 part IV of 2nd
Schedule of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001) all renewable sources of energy
like Solar and Wind Companies are exempted from deduction of tax (WHT)
on sales and services there is no need to submit exemption certificate.
We may contract any third party for direct supply of goods under the
proposal to you under the terms of proposal. Subsequently, payments
against all such supplies shall be dealt with according to applicable taxes.

Terms & Conditions
Installation Installation starts within 3 weeks after receiving payment

Payment 60% advance at the time of agreement.
Terms 30% at the time of equipment delivery at site.
10% after installation and commissioning.

Services
NET METERING: AE Power (Pvt.) [Link] an authorized EPC company by AEDB
(Government of Pakistan) for net metering. AE POWER (Pvt.) Ltd will assist
in net metering process with your local utility company.

Scope of Work
1. The project scope includes the installation of a DC-rated mounted solar
photovoltaic system at the property located at the address listed
above. The photovoltaic system shall consist of.
a. Panels: 10 kw Grade A, Tier 1 Mono-PERC Modules
b. Inverter: Solis 12 kW On-Grid Inverter
2. System shall be supported by Customized H-beam and C-
channel type structure and other balance of system (BOS)
components, including AC disconnect, and electrical hardware
(circuit breakers, wire, conduit, surge protection device, etc.)
3. All equipment will be installed as required by the local utility
company.
4. Installation, Commissioning and testing of system.
5. Installation of Bi directional meter.
Client Responsibilities
1. Meter name change, Meter-sanctioned load increment as per
design.
2. Voltage stabilization of Grid.
3. Load balancing and internal wiring.
4. Safety and security of equipment once delivered on site.
5. Customer is responsible to provide site access for delivery and
installation.

Warranties
1. Solar panels
As per manufacturer policy
a) 30 years performance guarantee and 15 years product warranty.
b) Power degradation less than 1 % every year.
c) There is no glass breakage warranty after installation.
2. Inverter
As per manufacturer policy
a) Standard replacement warranty of 5 years
b) Warranty will not be revised for the replaced inverter.
c) Any serious issue or the surge by grid will not be entertained.
