created to offer customers dependable and high-quality event service planning.
Our company specializes in event planning in the Philippines, providing our clients
with comprehensive and innovative event planning services, including
conceptualization of event ideas according to the preferred taste of the clients, all
sorts of recommendations, allocation of time or proper scheduling of different tasks,
managing the budget for the implementation of cost efficiency method, and
coordination on the big day of the event. We have experience countless types of
events locally. On the other hand, we handle all the steps on making the event more
interesting at the same time meeting client’s preferences, such coming up with a
theme and color scheme, recommending and reserving suppliers, setting up
meetings, and

This Agreement, effective as of [March 10, 2024], is made and entered into between:

planning and execution of the event specified below:
1. Event Organizing Services. The company shall provide event organizational and
promotion services to the client, which shall include: [List of services]

3. Liability. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or

any responsibility or liability to any harm or damages that may occur during my
participation in the event.
Furthermore, I understand that this waiver is intended to protect the event organizers
from legal actions and is a legally binding agreement. I have read and fully
understand this waiver and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry into the
event. I hereby voluntarily and willingly agree to be bound by its terms.

other media taken of me during the event for promotional purposes without
