NATURE OF JOB AND DUTIES:

Well Head Operation

Operations involved in Well Head X-Mas tree valve, operations with Baker Panel facilities, Well Testing, Monitoring
through Test Separators. Well versed in Operations of Adjustable and Variable Choke .Diverting the Well into Test/
Production Separator through production/test headers, Monitoring Gas and Oil flow, monitoring all the parameters of the
Test Separators and Platform, Oil and water rate is measured by Positive Displacement Meter or Turbine Meter with
Totalizer.,Start-up and Shut-down procedures of the Well in the Emergency Circumstances, Operations involved in the
Artificial Lift such a Gas Lift and Water Injection Systems.

 SEPARATORS:

Operation 2-Phase/3-Phase Separators, Level, Pressure Checking, Flow Checking Changing The Orifice Of Gas Lines.
Operation of Orifice Chambers, And Test Separator Operation, Well Diversion Manifold Operation. Well Check Bean Operation (Fixed
& Adjustable),

Stroke Check Operation of PCV, LCV, FCV, in field Operation and Sampling of Oil, Water, Gas & Chemicals.
  PUMPS:

Operation of single stage/multi stage centrifugal pumps, single/multi stage reciprocating pumps, Piston, Screw, Gear Pumps

Worked in the Gas Gathering station gas compressor facilities, Gas treatment plant Handled gas driven cat engine gas compressor
(Reciprocating and Centrifugal). Start up and stop logics, isolation and De-isolation of compressors, recycle and anti-surge functions,
gas knock out scrubbers. Auxiliary pumps, heat exchangers etc.

 HANDLING SAFETY EQUIPMENTS:

Handling of Fire Hydrant, Fire Hose, Fire Nozzle, and Fire Monitors (Using From Water System). Dry Chemical Powder Fire
Extinguishers, Co2 Fire Extinguishers and Sod Acid Extinguishers. Handling of LEL Meters, Gas Detectors, Flame Detectors & Smoke
Detectors and Handling of all Safety Equipments. Handling Of Emergency Shutdown (E.S.D), Fire Shut Down (F.S.D) Actuating.

PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING

 Checking of P&ID and preparation of punch list.
 Checking and verification of liquidation of punch points.
 Pipe line cleaning by cardboard blasting and flushing and blowing with Air/water.
 Vessel inspection for internals and rectifications of defects if any.
 Boxing up and restoration of system as per P&ID with proper gaskets, bolts and nuts.
 Air leak test of pipeline with connected flange joints, equipment’s
 Nozzles and instrument connections.
 Purging with nitrogen of pipeline and system before charging the hydro carbon.
