SUB: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Medical officer
Respected Sir
We Asha workers of kummarwadi UPHC want to get your notice about our
problems regarding our salary and Medical officer of our center. We did not receive
our salaries for 2 months however we are working with all due respect to you.
Medical officer of kumarwadi always insults us in front of our ANC cases,she
refers to us in an insulting way.She calls us ‘KAAMCHOR’,’YEDI’ and many
different curse words. She says that she will beat us with her slipper ( Chappal se
marungi) if we disagree with any of the decisions made by her.
She doesn’t examine the patients profile properly and shouts on patients(we also
have the recording of what she spoke). She has sent back many ANC cases saying
that they are not pregnant and when they got scan done they were actually
pregnant. She doesn’t palpate the 5 month pregnant ladies and she sends them to
higher clinical centres. In this way we loose our ANC cases because of her
unprofessional behaviour. She provokes us to quarrel with ANM, making both of
us fight. She asks us to sit outside and conducts meetings with only ANMs.
She asks us to prepare registers for different purposes,when we complete it and ask
her she simply denies it and shouts at us saying its done wrong.Again after one
week or so she orders us to do it all over again.Sometimes she claims that all the
online work is not part of our job and when work is pending on the website, she
assigns that to us. We are unable to work under her. When we informed that we
learnt everything so far from the guidance given by Anuradha Ma’am and Nazia
ma’am, she says that we should not take the name of them in front of her and says
“I am your madam so this is my kingdom now-Aisha ka Raaj hai yahan”
All the ANMs are frustrated by her and we lost coordination with our ANM
because of her politics. When we try to give her our opinion on any issue,she says
she will cut our salary. If she doesn’t agree with our opinions, she tries to threaten
us by saying she will record everything and show it to superiors. She doesn’t treat
any patient since she claims that she didn’t receive her salary for one year. Because
of her behavior our well working staff members transferred to other centres and
existing staff is also ready to leave any time. SPHO sir says that no ANC should
get treated in private hospitals but because of Aisha ma'am’s behavior none of the
ANC is ready to come to government hospital. Please advise us, sir.
She says that we must give her a party using some amount from our salaries, and
give her sarees and presents since some of her friends in other UPHCs are getting
these kinds of gifts. She doesn't want us to talk to previous ANMs and Golconda
Ashas. She doesn't want to interact or even smile at Unani doctor as she thinks
ANCs will be influenced by her.
In our opinion, she is not eligible for your appreciation. Your appreciation
encourages her to dominate us.I request you to take care of the needful and take
necessary action to give us justice.If this unacceptable behavior of medical officer
continues,we won’t be able to do our best at work.

SUB: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of SPHO
Respected Sir
We Asha workers of kummarwadi UPHC want to get your notice about our
problems regarding SPHO sir.
He conducted his first meeting at Golconda on Saturday(27-01-2024). Dr Aisha
ma’am shared everything negative about us with him. He is asking us to be in the
field from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with our tiffin boxes. He doesn't know that we
are not government employees but we are contract based employees and get salary
depending on our performance .
He talks in a very vulgar manner and says that he wants to give us injections with 2
ml, 5 ml and 25 ml. He also made us do situps for 5 times irrespective of age in
which 2 of our Ashas were Pregnant and couldn't do the sit ups, which is inhuman
and said that he will make us to do more situps in future
He threatened us saying he would scold us in front of patients in order to insult
us(Izzat thista). He ordered us to be in the field at 6:00 a.m leaving all our
household work and said we have to forget about our family. He says that our
salary is more than enough for the work we do.
I request you to take care of the needful and take necessary action to give us
justice.If this unacceptable behavior of medical officer continues,we won’t be able
to do our best at work.
