PRINCE2 is a process-driven project management methodology that divides projects into manageable stages and incorporates flexibility and control with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and a focus on business justification throughout the project. Emphasizes flexibility through its tailoring approach.

PHASE:
 Planning: Our planning involves identifying our target users, system design, and system
functionalities. We are aiming to create a system that can give the users exactly what
they want. We also planned about what would be our systems contents and user
interface design.
 Analysis: Identifying weak points of our system to provide a flawless experience for our
users. Updating our system to be more dynamic and implement our desired
functionalities. We also seek to improve our database management for the betterment of
our functionalities.
 Design: Our design is composed of:
- Brand Identity Development: is the captivating alchemy of crafting a unique and
memorable personality for your business. It's like sculpting a vibrant persona that
resonates with your target audience and sets you apart from the competition.
- User Interface Design: User interface design (UI design) is the art and science
of crafting the graphical interfaces we interact with every day on digital devices like
computers, phones, tablets, and even appliances. It's essentially the bridge
between humans and technology, shaping how we experience and use these
tools.
- Content Presentation: refers to the delivery of information or ideas in a
structured and engaging way for an audience. It's the art and science of taking
your content, be it text, visuals, data, or a combination, and presenting it in a way
that maximizes its impact on the receiver.

- Navigation Design:Navigation design maps and guides users through websites,


apps, and software. It uses clear interfaces and intuitive interactions to help users
find what they need and accomplish their goals effortlessly. Good navigation
design makes digital experiences smooth, enjoyable, and successful.

- Community features: Tools or aspects that build connections and interactions


within a group, helping them thrive. These can be digital tools like chat rooms or
physical elements like shared spaces, all focused on building a sense of belonging
and engagement.

- Accesibility Considerations: Accessibility considerations are about designing


and delivering experiences that everyone can use, regardless of ability. This
means thinking about different needs, like vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive
ability, to ensure everyone can access and interact with information, products, and
services.
 Prototyping/Coding: In our coding the programming language that we used was
php, javascript, and css. We also used database and sql query to provide a more
dynamic apporach on our system.
 Testing: Befor the launch of our system we tested it a lot of times. First we do
the test on our localhost file to ensure that are system is runnable. After that, we
did the test on our functionalities, testing our functionalities was probably the
hardest in our projet. We discovered a lot of problems in our functionalities and
we actually revised it a lot. We also tested our sign in, log in, and logout, also we
tested if the accounts that were created would reflect in our database.
 Implementation: After testing all of our functionalities we implemented it on our
system. During implementation we put together all of our functionalities and and
we run them all as one. We faced a challenge though because our database
keeps on crashing giving us a hard time. In the end it all worked out and we think
that our system is ready for launch.
