OFFER LETTER
Dear Gaurav Rawat,

With reference to your interview, we are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted as “Associate-
Operations”. Your annually cost to company (CTC) would be INR 204000/- per annum which includes the statutory
benefits payable by the company.

You are requested to and report to HR Department at 9:15 AM on 30-Oct-23 for your induction.

You are requested to bring the following mandatory documents at the time of joining:
 Relieving or experience letter from previous employer.
 Copy of Offer and Appointment letters from your previous employers
 Last three months of salary slip & copy of salary certificate / Form 16 / Form 12B
 Photocopy of your educational and professional certificates
 Four latest passport size colored photographs
 Copy of your PAN card and Aadhar Card
 Copy of present & permanent address proof i.e. Driving License, Voter Id Card, Ration Card, Rent Agreement,
Telephone/Electricity Bill and Bank Account Statements

Above salary is provided to you on the basis of the information provided by you at the time of interview. You are
requested to submit your all relevant document within next 7 working days or before your joining, whichever is earlier,
else this offer would be deemed as null and void.

We will be providing your initial training (may vary from 1 week to 7 weeks) and your payroll disbursement will start post
successful completion of your training. In case you are unable to complete training and subsequent assessment, no salary
payout will be admissible. Please note that there will be deduction of INR 7500 to INR 25,000 (depending on duration of
Training) towards the part cost of training would be effected in case of abandonment of services, resignation, getting
terminated or you are asked to leave due to non-performance or disciplinary issues within 2 (Two) months of joining.
Please refer Annexure -3 for details.

Please note that this offer is valid subject to your positive previous employment verification, background checks and
verification of compensation/financial documents followed by successful completion of the process training. Post
completion of process and product training, client would take the certification in the form of written test/mock calls/viva.
As a Radical Minds policy, it is mandatory for each employee to clear the certification working in that particular process
irrespective of his or her designation. Under any circumstances if the person is not able to clear the certification, your
engagement will cease to continue and no salary payout will be admissible.

Please sign the duplicate copy of the letter as a token of your acceptance.

Annexure -2 Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms & conditions of the employment offered to you by Radical Minds Technologies Pvt.
Ltd. By Signing & Accepting this letter, you represent and warrant to the company that you are under no
contractual commitments inconsistent with any or all of your obligation to and on behalf of the company. This
letter and its terms shall come into force and effect on the date of your signing and confirming your acceptance

I. Rules & Regulation:

You will abide by the rules & regulations of the company which are in force from time to time and the
company shall have the right to vary or modify any or all the terms & conditions of service which shall be
binding on you.

II. Probation:

Your confirmation in the employment will be subject to successful completion of a probationary


period of not less than 180 days from your date of joining or such additional period as the company
considers necessary in its absolute discretion. Your employment shall not be deemed to confirm
automatically unless explicitly communicated on Confirmation in writing. During the probationary
period, your employment maybe terminated by the employer immediately without any notice.
During your association with the company, you agree that you shall not be associated with, any on
or engage in, directly or indirectly, any other business which is or may complete with the company.
Further, you shall not assist any person or organization in competing with the company, in preparing
to compete with the company or in hiring any employees of the company.

III. Confidentiality & Exclusivity:

You will at all times maintain complete confidentiality about the company, its clients and employees, its
business processes and financial condition and any other details that provide insight into the operations
of the company to outside parties.

You shall not during your employment (except as necessary) for the proper performance of your duties or
at any time after its termination for any reason whatsoever disclose to any person whatsoever or
otherwise make use of any confidential information or information which you have or may have acquired
in the course of your employment concerning the business or affairs of the company or any member of
the company or any of their suppliers or customers.

During the term of your employment, you shall not without the prior written permission of the company
be entitled to directly or indirectly, temporarily or permanently be engaged by or do any business with
individual(s) or companies other than the company and you shall dedicate all your time and attention to
your duties with the company.
IV. Notice period & Exit formalities

a. Notice Period During Probation : - 30 days

b. Notice Period Post Probation : - 30 days

c. Salary in lieu will not be adjusted against the notice period.

d. You are required to serve the full notice period for Full and Final clearance and Documentation.

e. In case you leave during probation period, you would need to serve the full notice period.

f. While leaving the company, you are required to complete the exit formalities which includes exit
interview and exit clearance

g. No leaves can be availed during the notice period or the notice period shall be extended by the no. of
day’s equivalent to the leaves taken.

h. Company reserves the right to terminate your services without any notice period or notice pay in
unavoidable Force Majeure events, including ramp down by client owing to non-performance or any
unavoidable reason, geo-political or policy changes, natural disaster or calamity or pandemic spread.

The information mentioned in your offer letter is strictly confidential and particular to you only. You are not
supposed to discuss/ disclose your details to anyone.
