1.2 To determine the connection way that software can provide:
a. Direct database connection (require host / port / user /
password on direct SQL database, one way connection to
database in read-only mode without interruption)
b. API publish method (to link ERP & MES API provided, use
agent software plug in to concurrently pull the data and save
into desired SQL database without interruption on ERP & MES
database)
1.3 Data scrubbing and alignment with the metrics to achieve from
related departments. Processes included monitor errors,
standardize process of data entry, validate data accuracy,
scrub duplicate data, analyse data, communicate with
customer team members on new protocol adoption, monitor
and review data for inconsistencies.

Order cancellation charges will be incurred for days notice from schedule ship date as:
0-14 days: 100%
15-30 days: 50%
31-60 days: 25%
60 days above: 0%
Any changes to configurations after the initial order date may require a revised quotation and/or price change.

Note: a) Please state the quotation reference number in P.O. for reference. The selling price hereunder is
the net price offered by ViTrox after deducting all withholding taxes, levies or other deductions (if any
under the law of buyer country) which may be made from the selling price. The selling price in the
quotation will subject to Sales & Service Tax, if applicable.
b) Man hours are estimated to cover the job task required to deliver the job successfully. If more job
tasks are required, additional man hours is required for the customization tasks where additional
quotations will be shared.
c) Software license will have a default of 1 year validity date until all payment is paid and then shall be
converted into a permanent license.
