SERIES OF 2023
A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. DIANA N.
LLAMADA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF THE
BARANGAY PILIPOG, CORDOVA, CEBU.
Whereas, the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the
“Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015”, Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (f)
states that the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with the concurrence of the
Sangguniang Kabataan, has the power to appoint among the members of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan a Secretary and Treasurer;
Whereas, Ms. Diana N. Llamada possesses all the qualification for a
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act of
10742.
Whereas, the SK Council has voted and concurred to appoint Ms. Diana N.
Llamada as the SK Secretary of Barangay Pilipog, Cordova, Cebu;
Whereas, as SK Secretary, Ms. Diana N. Llamada shall perform all the duties
as stated in the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015;
NOW/THEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Philip D. Legara and duly seconded
by all the Sangguniang Kabataan members present be it;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Kabataan
of Pilipog, Cordova, Cebu to concur the appointment of Ms. Diana N. Llamada as SK
Secretary until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner
removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copy furnish of this Resolution to Ms.
Diana N. Llamada for her file, the office of the Punong Barangay, Department of
Interior ang Local Government Office (DILGO) of the Municipality of Cordova, Cebu,
and to any other concerned agency for their perusal and documentation.

TAMPUS AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF THE
BARANGAY PILIPOG, CORDOVA, CEBU.
