A discount -to reduce the price of something

26. A keyboard-the set of keys on a computer or typewriter that you press in order to
make it work
27. To be adopted- child has been legally taken by another family to be taken care of
as their own child
28. To celebrate-to take part in special enjoyable activities in order to show that a
particular occasion is important

34. Admire-to find someone or something attractive and pleasant to look at
35. Cash machine- machine in a public that you can use to take money from your bank
account using a plastic bank card
36. Parking fine- a punishment in which a person is ordered to pay a sum of money
because they have parked a vehicle somewhere illegally.

money for it

is true

42. Murderer-someone who illegally and intentionally kills another person

68. Alibi- proof that someone who is thought to have committed a crime could not have
done it

70. To be acquitted- to decide officially in a court of law that someone is not guilty of
a particular crime
