It is the obligation of every parent/guardian/sponsor to provide the student with a new set of

SCHOOL RULES AND CONSEQUENCES /PENALTIES /PUNISHMENT OF BLEACH
1. A student MUST NOT BE ABSENT from school without permission if found– {one will be suspension}.
2. Students must be PUNCTUAL and fully abide by the school timetable – To be in the right place at the right
time if caught – {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
3. Students must not lose or cause damage to school property if caught. {They will be required to pay or replace
what they lose).Malicious damage is paid four times (4) the destroyed item}
4. Students must not play or make noise inside study rooms or within their vicinity if caught- { an appropriate
punishment will be given}.
5. Students must not play or make noise inside the hostel after the lights are off if caught- {appropriate
punishment will be given}.
6. Students must perform duties assigned to them by the established school authorities failure to which- { an
appropriate punishment will be given}.
7. Students MUST BE IN FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM which are not modified, except during P.E. lessons/games
when they must be in their kits. They should be in LEATHER SHOES during class time and SPORTS SHOES
during games if found - { an appropriate punishment will be given}.
8. No home clothes will be allowed in school (even T-shirts) if found with one- {an appropriate
punishment/destroying foreign clothes will be done}.
9. Students MUST NOT ENTER OTHER STUDENTS’ classrooms without express permission from a staff
member if found- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
10. Students MUST NOT BULLY Form one students or any other newcomer to school; and they must not fight
other students if reported {it shall read to express suspension and recommendation for expulsion}.
11. Students must enlist with and participate in at least one school club and at least one sporting activity.
12. Sneaking out of school is a serious offence and not acceptable if caught one shall– {buy chain-link/barbed wire
and pay for fencing labour}.
13. The school is a DRUG FREE ZONE. Therefore, possession or consumption of illicit drugs and alcohol is
prohibited. {These offences could lead to suspension or expulsion from the school if caught}.
14. Students MUST ALWAYS speak in either ENGLISH or KISWAHILI. Sheng or mother tongue not acceptable
if heard- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
15. Staff quarters and the adjacent primary school compound are out of bounds unless a student has permission -
{an appropriate punishment}.
16. Students must do all the academic assignments given by members of staff -{failure to this will lead to severe
punishment}.
17. Students in form III and IV must attend lessons in subjects registered for. No changes will be allowed if caught -
{an appropriate punishment will be given}.
18. Stealing is a crime if caught it is - {punishable by suspension and payment four times of the stolen item in
question}.
19. Once the school fees is paid there will be NO REFUND. {Only caution money is refundable}
20. All moneys should be kept in the bursar’s office. Students should not have more than sh.200 with them if found
with extra money- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
21. No student should change from his bed/cubicle/dorm without permission from the dorm master/mistress if
caught- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
22. Mobile phones, electronic devices like radios, cameras, DVD’s, CD’s, flash, smart watches, etc are prohibited.
{If found with one they will be confiscated, destroyed and suspension will follow}.
23. The communication between students and parents /guardians MUST ONLY be through the Principal’s/Deputy
Principal’s office or appointed authority.
24. Any pornographic materials caught /found -{will be destroyed and the culprit will be suspended}.
25. Sunday morning and Thursday afternoon common worship service is COMPULSORY for all students if found
not attending- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
26. The kitchen is OUT OF BOUNDS for students if found- {an appropriate punishment will be given}.
27. Every student must have a proper plate, a spoon and a cup if one is found without– (an appropriate
punishment will be given /one will be sent home to obtain}.
28. All meals MUST be taken inside the DINING HALL unless otherwise instructed if caught- { an appropriate
punishment will be given}.
29. Entry into and exit from school compound must be through the main gate. If one is found passing through
another route he shall – {buy chain-link}.
30. No foodstuffs will be allowed in school except on visiting days, even then no left over if caught– {an appropriate
punishment/suspension and destruction of imported food will be done}.
31. Permission to go home shall only be obtained from the Principal or the Deputy Principal’s offices and exit chit
obtained if found doing otherwise– {an appropriate punishment/suspension if one sneaks}.
32. Violent acts like fighting, intimidation and use of vulgar language is prohibited, if caught –{shall lead to
suspension}.
33. Violation of any other rules against nature, society and or republic of Kenya laws shall attract {an appropriate
punishments which shall include but not limited to suspension, expulsion and surcharging}.
