Objectives
In recognition of the rising talents of Tiwinhon in the art of dancing particularly with
DANCESPORTS, the proponents will hold a half day Competition open to all Albayano
Dancesport Competitors to pave way to challenge our own Tiwi Pride in the sport.
Specific objectives:
- Acknowledge talents of Tiwinhon enthusiasts of the dancesport
- Identify and recognize aspirants and young enthusiast of the dancesport
- Put Tiwi in the DANCESPORT Pedestal among other towns implementing such
competitions and make Tiwi known for its talent in dancesport
Expected Outputs
At the end of the competition, we are expected to be able to:
1. Collate talents among the competitors who are from Tiwi
2. Provide promotion to Tiwinhon Dancesport enthusiasts and be able to create a
community from it
3. Add more color to the celebration of Coron Festival 2023 and add more
attraction to the tourist visiting the festival
Implementation Mechanics
MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES:
1. The contest is OPEN to all Albayano Danceport Competitors (must present
proof of residence during the registration day) for the following categories:
a. GRADE A JUVENILE – Closed Syllabus
b. GRADE A JUNIOR – OPEN Syllabus
c. GRADE A YOUTH – Open Syllabus
2. There will be total of 36 events of which (18) for MODERN STANDARD and (18)
for LATIN AMERICAN Disciplines with 5 Dances Each.
3. There will be a strict compliance to the general guidelines herewith attached
referenced to the PDSF and Palarong Pambansa Dancesport guidelines.
4. The joining team must submit their entry form on the Registration and
Orientation dates.
5. There will be no Registration Fee to be collected.
6. Herewith attached are the Guidelines and Detailed events on the
competition.
