RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SALAY,


MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN THAT SK CHAIRPERSON JAYSON A. BIAY AND
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER JAYVEE JIM A. ABRIGO ARE AUTHORIZED
SIGNATORIES FOR ALL CHECK DISBURSEMENTS AND TO TRANSACT AT LAND BANK
OF THE PHILIPPINES, MANGALDAN BRANCH, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, new sets of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials have been elected during the
2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and sworn to office thereafter;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson is empowered to appoint a Sangguniang Kabataan


Treasurer subject to concurrence of the majority of all Sangguniang Kabataan Members for the smooth
operation of the SK Government of Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, Jayson A. Abrigo was proclaimed as the SK Chairperson and Jayvee Jim A. Abrigo,
appointed as SK Treasurer of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Salay, Mangaldan,
Pangasinan;

WHEREFORE, after the consideration and motion duly moved and seconded;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Salay, Mangaldan,


Pangasinan, that SK Chairperson JAYSON A. BIAY and SK Treasurer JAYVEE JIM A. ABRIGO are the
authorized signatories for all check disbursements and to transact at the Landbank of the Philippines,
Mangaldan Branch, Mangaldan, Pangasinan subject to usual Accounting and Auditing Regulations;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the copies of this resolution be furnished SK Chairperson Jayson A. Biay, SK
Treasurer Jayvee Jim A. Abrigo, the Honorable Municipal Mayor, BONAFE DE VERA PARAYNO, MS.
MARILYN B. LAGUIPO, MLGOO, Treasury Office and COA Office, Landbank of the Philippines
Mangaldan and all other authorities concerned for their information and guidance.
