BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY I/We Anilkumar P name(s) aged 58 S/o. D/o. Sri Parameswaran Pillai
Residing at Kottarapparambil Veedu House Valicode Nedumangad P O Village Nedumangad Taluk,
Thiruvananthapuram District (in the case of firm/Company give proper description) do hereby appoint The Federal
Bank Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act and having its Registered Office at Alwaye and one of its
branches at Nedumangad as our / its Attorney to do, execute or do all or any of the things hereinafter mentioned.
WHEREAS I/We Anilkumar P have availed / to avail a Cash Credit / Credit limit of Rs 35,00,000/- for the
purpose of executing of following contract work Sports Kerala Foundation-Annual Plan-Nedumangad
MunicipalityRenovation of Natural Swimming Pool at Tharatta ward in Karakulam Grama
Panchayath, Thiruvananthapuram from the Federal Bank Limited through its Branch at Nedumangad
AND WHEREAS I/We Anilkumar P have executed an agreement hypothecating and charging to the Bank
by way of 1st charge all the book debts, outstandings, monies, receivables, claims and bills, lease rentals & hire charges
which are now due and owing or which may at any time hereafter during the continuance of this security become due
and owing to the borrower(s) in the course of its business by any person, firm, Company or by the Government or any
local public body or authority.
AND WHEREAS to secure the interest of the Bank, M/s Federal Bank Limited has requested to appoint it as our
irrevocable attorney for the purpose.
AND WHEREAS we have agreed to appoint M/s Federal Bank Limited as our Attorney subject to the terms
and conditions herein contained.
We hereby irrevocably appoint and authorise The Federal Bank Limited, as our attorney to act in our name
and on our behalf and do all matters relating to the receipt and / or collection of all payments due to us, by way of
outstandings, monies, receivables, claims and bills, book debts lease rentals & hire charges. We further authorise our
attorney to receive any amounts due to us under the terms and conditions of the agreement and to receive / collect
payments of all kinds on our behalf from any person or persons including Government and Quasi Governmental
authorities and to appropriate such receipts towards the amount spent by it or due to it or to be due to it and other
monies agreed to be payable to it under the arrangements between us and grant effective receipt on my / our behalf in
respect thereof. The Federal Bank Ltd. is hereby authorized to collect the payments/ receivables into the virtual A/c
No. ………………………….. standing in my/our name and/or such other account/s as may be stipulated by the
Federal Bank Ltd.. from time to time.
I/We Anilkumar P hereby authorise the Federal Bank Limited, Alwaye to sue for, file appeals, execution
and receive monies due to us from our borrower(s) in all respects, to conduct or defend proceedings in connection
therewith and take all steps necessary for the realisation of all amount’s receivable.
I/We hereby agree that I/We shall be bound by all that the attorney does in terms of the stipulations under
these presents any amount paid by any of our borrowers to our attorney shall be deemed to have been paid to us
personally and we will be absolutely liable for all or any amounts paid to our attorney even in cases wherever the
attorney has not accounted to us.
I/We hereby agree for all acts, deeds and things done by our Attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds things
done by us and we undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatever that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause
to be done for us by virtue of the power hereby given.
I/We hereby declare that this Power of Attorney and all powers granted hereby shall always be irrevocable
during the subsistence of the loan liability due to the Bank.
