RATIONALE:
The primary responsibility of any educational institution is to provide quality education. This must be a joint responsibility of the administration, the faculty members, students and support
staff. However, quality education depends on the quality of the performance of the faculty and the support staff and the latter on the kind and extent of supervision they receive. Supervision
is imperative for instructional improvement. Adequate supervision provides an indispensable link between good teaching and student learning.
St. Vincent Learning Academy, Inc. recognizes the uniqueness and giftedness of every person as it strives to achieve academic excellence through quality instruction, efficient services
and relevant training and a wholesome learning environment towards the attainment of the goals and objectives of the institution. This is achieved through a well-structured departmental
supervisory program.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
The Three-Year Supervisory Plan for Junior High School Department of St. Vincent Learning Academy, Inc. for School Year 2021-2022 to School Year 2023-2024 aims to:
1. Facilitate a concerted effort towards the continuing improvement of the whole educational program;
2. Enhance the morale and the professional growth of the faculty and support staff towards a more efficient and responsible conduct of duties;
3. Ensure that more appropriate and meaningful curricular and co-curricular experiences are well-planned, coordinated and implemented to meet the desired goals;
4. Maintain a general atmosphere of trust, order and discipline towards the promotion of a culture of harmony and peace; and
5. Empower the academic heads, faculty members, support staff and students towards a deeper sense of commitment and accountability.
