II. BACKGROUND / SITUATION ANALYSIS
December is the Christmas season, the time to give thanks for all the
blessings that the Lord has given us. One way of showing gratitude to our
Creator is to share our graces to others especially to those who are greatly in
need. Since there are many students in our school that are from less fortunate
families, Project SAYA was created. Through this activity, some selected
students will receive grocery items that they can use during the Christmas
Day or their daily life.

IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT
Through this project, we hope that many students who have less in life will
be able to feel the love, care, and support of their JSHS Family and will be more
motivated to study in spite of their financial situation. We hope that this activity
serves as an inspiration to others, especially those who have more in life, to share
their blessings in order to help those in need. We also pray that because of
Project SAYA, beneficiaries will have a merry Christmas season.
The values of generosity, charity, compassion, love, humility, and being
selfless will be focused and developed in this activity. The implementation of this
project will be constantly monitored and enhanced for its sustainability and
effectivity.
V. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
In case that students won’t be able to claim their grocery items during the
designated date and time, EsP teachers will be willing to extend the time and wait
for them in school or deliver their love gifts at their doorstep.

IV. OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
The EsP teachers will work together and do their best to effectively and
efficiently implement the Project SAYA. They will ensure that this project will be
meaningful and will have a positive effect to the JSHS Comuunity. Hopefully,
many people will be inspired by this activity and will be continued through the
years with more beneficiaries.
