 Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to the highest quality standards and successfully managed a ₱50M commercial
construction project, delivering it 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
 Manage all phases of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction to project closeout, while adhering to
safety and regulatory compliance.
 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to define project scope, goals, and
deliverables.
