The Dalama Integrated School in Lanao del Norte, Philippines hosted a School Based Sports Fest/Triangular Meet on November 26, 2022 involving 110 learners from Dalama Integrated School, Palao Elementary School, and Sucadan Elementary School. The objectives of the event were to perform various indoor and outdoor sports, promote sportsmanship, and increase awareness of sports. Activities included skills training, demonstrations, and competitions in billiards, chess, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, and other sports. The school hopes to identify competitive learners and build camaraderie through sports.

Participants 110 learners and All Teachers from different schools.
Brief Description Trigular meet is a sports competition involving three teams. It is a
of Program / steppingstone to show the skills and talents of the pupils. It is also a key to
develop the spirit of sportmanship and camaraderie among individuals. The

purpose of this activity is to empower pupils to find their strenght and
Activities weaknesses. Dalama Integrated School conducted School Based Sports
Fest/Triangular Meet with two participating schools namely: Palao
Elementary School and Sucadan Elementary School in preparation of Unit
Meet and Regional Meet 2022. This activity is line with the Department of
Education plan, implementations and evaluations on Physical Education that
contributes to the full realization of DepEd’s goal of enhancing knowledge,
skills, attitudes, and values of Filipinos to lead a productive life.

Objectives  To perform the available sports in the school such as indoor sports and
outdoor sports specifically in billiard, chess, table tennis, badminton,
volleyball, basketball, MAG, and Athletics games.

 To familiarize/know the importance of sportmanship.


 To promote awareness of SPORTS through experiencing actual
demonstrations and presentations.
Activities to be  School Based Sports Fest/Triangular Meet
undertaken
 Skills Training on the fundamental’s skills in different sports.
 Orientation of learners on how to play the indoors and
outdoors games.
 Practice how to play billiards, chess, table tennis, badminton,
volleyball, basketball, Men Aesthetic Gynbastic and other
games.
 Competition of learners as an evaluation of the sports.
