A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. AL JOSHUA P. SEÑAR SK CHAIRPERSON
AND MR. ARLU M. RIVERA SK TREASURER TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT NAMED
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY ANIOG, SAGNAY, CAMARINES SUR
AND DESIGNATION THEM AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES OF ALL TRANSACTION
OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY ANIOG, SAGÑAY CAMARINES
SUR WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Republic Act. 10742 otherwise known as Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act, 2015, Section 20 Sangguniang Kabataan operations, disbursement, and encashment
of their fund's income and expenditures. As such the Sangguniang kabataan Funds shall be
deposited in the name of Sangguniang Kabataan of the concerned Barangay in a government
owned bank situated in or near to its area of jurisdiction with the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairperson and Treasurer as the official signatories:
WHEREAS, Al Joshua P. Señar was elected as a SK Chairperson of Barangay Aniog, Sagñay
Camarines Sur on October 30,2023:
WHEREAS, Mr. Arlu M. Rivera was recently appointed SK Treasurer of Barangay Aniog,
Sagñay Camarines Sur.
THEREFORE, on motion of _________________________ unanimously seconded by the
body.
RESOLVED ,as it hereby resolves the sangguniang kabataan authorizing Hon. Al Joshua P.
Señar SK Chairperson and Mr. Arlu M. Rivera SK Treasurer to open an account, account named
sangguniang kabataan of barangay Aniog Sagñay Camarines sur and designation them as
official signatories of all transaction of sangguniang kabataan of barangay Aniog ,Sagñay
Camarines sur with the Land Bank of the Philippines.
