know it's not possible to find a solution for a partial differential equation of order two or higher analytically
and thus, we look for the solution through numerical method via computer program discretizing the domain.
The course mainly dealt with finite difference methods.”

interconnected with 1-2 theories. So, relatively easy to understand.”

structure, uses and side effects. Plant tissue culture, its types, advantages and disadvantages. Herbal drugs,
natural drugs, ayurvedic drug etc”

Response 2:
“PH441 is one of the easiest courses I've attended till now. Basically the course has majorly two sections:
Plant tissue culture (Sunil sir) and Phytotherapy (AN Shahu sir).
Plant tissue culture is a simple technique to regrow the plant from its component where we have studied
different techniques of PTC. This was very easy in my opinion. We have to learn at least 50 structures of
different natural plants. Structures were bigger than what you have seen in chemistry in everyday life (Class
12th NCERT). So, the structures were tough to remember, and PTC was easy
Phytotherapy is nothing but just herbal and natural medicine and treatment with herbal medicines, safety
measures, etc, how to write prescriptions was also an important part (Now I can read Doctors prescription
and understand every line of it), and the mechanism of an herbal drug interaction.”

at school). Then it deeply covers the types of radiation, there interaction with matter (majorly
human body). A detailed study is given regarding types of Nuclear Reactions, how an excited nucleus de-
excites via various phenomena (Auger e's, Internal Conversion etc). It may seem difficult but is quite
analogical to the Atomic Structure of 11th standard. An addition is that we learn about various models of
Nucleus, how neutrons and protons co-exist (Shell model, Liquid drop model etc). Nuclear Power Reactor
