HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and executed at the City of Iloilo, Pavia,Philippines this 3rd day of
September, 2023, by and between:

MAY SHANE DESCUATAN and ERNESTO BORRE JR., of legal ages, and with residence address at Blk 49 lot 16
Village 2, Deca Homes Jibao-an Pavia, Iloilo City hereinafter referred to as the LANDLORD.

-AND-

spouses of legal ages, and withresidence address at ______________________ hereinafter referred to as the
TENANTS.

WITNESSETH; That

WHEREAS,theLANDLORDis the owner of HOUSE,


a residential property situated atPhase 1, Block 9-Lot 21, Terra Verde Residences, Carmona Cavite;

WHEREAS,the LANDLORD agrees to rent-out the property to the TENANTS and the TENANTS is willing to rent the
same;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSES:

That premises hereby rented shall be used exclusively by the TENANTS for residential purposes only and shall not be
diverted to other uses. It is hereby expressly agreed that if at any time the premises are used for other purposes, the
LANDLORD shall have the right to rescind this contract without prejudice to its other rights under the law.

2.TERM:

The term of this rental agreement is for SIX(6) MONTHS, from SEPTEMBER 2023 to FEBRUARY 2024 inclusive. Upon its
expiration, this agreement may be renewed under such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by both parties, written
notice of intention to renew the rent shall be served to the LANDLORD not later thatseven (7) days prior to the expiry date
of the period herein agreed upon.

2. RENTAL RATE:

The monthly rental rate for the rented premises shall be in PESOS:NINE THOUSAND (P 9,000.00).
Philippine Currency. All rental payments shall be payable to the LANDLORD

4.SECURITY DEPOSIT:
That upon signing of this AGREEMENT, the TENANTS agrees to pay the one (1) month advance and one (1) month
security deposit to the LANDLORD in the amount equivalent to the rent for TWO (2) MONTHS or the sum of PESOS:
EIGHTEEN (18) THOUSAND (P 18,000.00),
Philippine Currency(said payment shall be made in the form of cash and is all
due on or before SEPTEMBER 3,2023),wherein the one (1) month deposit shall be applied and shall answer partially for
damages and any other obligations; Dues or resulting from violation (s) of any of the provision of this contract, to secure
LANDLORD

5. WATER, ELECTRICITY, ETC


All expenses for water,electricity and other services shall be for the account of TENANTS
