Here's another great way to get healthy. Smoothies
are fantastic for breakfast or after sport, too. You'll
need a blender. Ask an adult to help
MILK OR WATER Wake sure there's enough to

coconut, almond or soy) if you prefer. :
OATS OR CHIA SEEDS This wil give you long-
lasting energy and make the smoothie nice and thick
FRUIT Frozen raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
and bananas work well, but use whatever you like!
VEGGIES You can stick a few spinach or kale leaves

need to go to an optician. There are opticians on every
high street. Opticians look after your eyesight. They will
check your eyes to make sure they're heatthy. They'll
also see if you need to wear glasses to help you see

children there, as well as lots of games to play and

an operation, too. Soon you will start to feel much
