MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF


CAMAMBUGAN, [Link], ILOILO, HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL ON SEPTEMBER
17, 2023 AT 9:00 A.M.

The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at 9:00 o’clock in the
morning. A minute of prayer was led by SK Chairman Gorantes.

Since there was an attendance sheet being signed by the members as they
come inside the session hall and the presence of a quorum was determined, the roll call
was dispensed with.

The minutes of the previous session dated September 3, 2023 was read. There
being no corrections offered, on motion of Barangay Kagawad De Leon and duly
seconded by Barangay Kagawad Sondia, the minutes of the previous session was
adopted.

COMMITTEE REPORT:

1. Kagawad Suner reported that Miss Ma. Salvacion Velasco, newly appointed DCW
complained that former DCW Rea Ann Silloriquez did not turn over the; list of
registered Day Care Pupils, oly the birth certificate remaining in the Day Care
Center.
2. Kagawad Ganat reported that Mr. Tirado donated 2.5 meters of his lot along the
Brgy. Road in Zone 5. The problem is the lot owned by Rolinda Sunio in which
she will not give even she signed to donate 3 meters of her lot along the Brgy.
[Link] vehicles are getting hard to pass due to the small and muddy way to
Zone 6.
3. The Sangguniang Barangay agreed to conduct Brgy. Road Clearing and Cleaning
on September 24, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. at Zone 1 and Zone 2 to be conducted by
elected and appointed Brgy. Officials.
4. The Philippine Road bikers Brotherhood Inc. had courtesy call to Punong
Barangay to hold an “11th Astigan Sa Banglid” it’s an invitational mountain bike
Cross Circuit Competition on November 12, 2023 at 7:00 A.M. held at Brgy.
Camambugan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo in the lot owned by Vega Family in front of
Tanod Outpost. Mr. Julius Salinas, organizer of said event asked the support of
the Brgy. Officials on this regard. Kagawad Suacillo said that after the activity the
organizer is responsible for their waste in said area.
5. The Sangguniang Barangay agreed to facilitate Necrological Service of the late
Teresita Jaca on September 27, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at her resident in Brgy.
Talanghuan, Sta. Barbara. Since Teresita Jaca was a former Barangy Kagawad of
Brgy. Camambugan last 1989-1994. The Brgy. Officials are required to attend.

OTHER MATTERS:

1. Dominica Sillorequez, BHW informed that there will be a coming flu vaccine
for 25 Senior Citizen per barangay at Brgy. Talanghauan Health Station.
2. Punong Barangay informed that TUPAD was completed last Friday
‘September 15, 2023.
3. Barangay Tanod Cash Assistance from the office of the Governor will be on
September 19, 2023.

There being no more topics to be discussed, on motion of Brgy. Kagawad


Suacillo and duly seconded by Kagawad Ganat, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00
A.M.
