DIALOG INTERVIEW
HRD : “Miss, if there are applicants, just tell them to come into my room”.
Staff : “ Oke”.
(A few minutes later)
(Destiany is coming)
Destiany : “Morning sir”
Staff : “ Morning, Are you the one applying for the job?”
Destiany : “Yes sir”.
Staff : "Wait a minute, please"
(Naila comes)
Naila : " Morning sir"
Staff : "Morning"
(Ririn comes)
Ririn : " Morning sir" (smile at the other applicants)
Staff : "Destiany, you will be the one to interview first, after that Naila and finally
Ririn".
(A few minutes leter)
Staff : “Let's start the interview, Destiany please come in."
Destiany : “ Oke sir"
(Destiany entered the HRD room)
HRD : “Morning”
Destiany : “Morning miss”
HRD : “So, is it true that you are applying for the secretary position?”
Destiany : “Yes I have,miss”
HRD : “Why did you choose this job?
Destiany : “I see this job as a new challenge in my career that I have to take on. Facing
this challenge will help me in many ways, starting from increasing motivation
and confidence at work, sharpening my skills, and pushing my career
forward”.
HRD : “What will you do after you join this company?”
Destiany : “I will help improve the company with my good performance, discipline, and
following company rules”.
HRD : “Mention your strengths”
Destiany : ”I believe I am a very thorough person. I like to pay attention to small details
and I also like to plan things forward. Actually, since I was in 1st grade, I have planned my
daily schedule until now. Maybe I could say, I am a quite organized person. For example. I
was the only one out of 50 people who noticed that there was an input error in one of our
databases, because something seems to have gone wrong!”
HRD : “Can you tell me about yourself”
Destiany : “My name is Destiany Nurul Aisah. I am 23 years old. I am the first child of
two siblings. I graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology with a major in
communication science. I have experience working at the Dyandra Propertindo Kompas
Gramedia Company as Content Marketing.While working in this position, I was assigned to
distribute content across various company-owned media channels.”
HRD : “Why did you leave your previous company?”
Destiany : “Because in the last job, I was not able to use my skills and experience to the
fullest.”
HRD : “OK Desti, for further information I will provide information via cell phone.”
Destiany : “OK miss, I’ll wait for the good news, morning.”
Staff : "Naila please come in."
Naila : "Oke sir"
(Naila entered the HRD room)
HRD : “Morning”
Naila : “Morning miss.”
HRD : “So, is it true that you are applying for the secretary position?”
Naila : “Yes I have,miss.”
HRD : “Why did you choose this job?
Naila : “Because I had the dream of becoming a secretary, I studied that field.”
HRD : “What will you do after you join this company?”
Naila : “I will work hard to develop the company”
HRD : “Mention your strengths”
Naila : ”I can divide my time and work on time.”
HRD : “Can you tell me about yourself”
Naila :” My name is Naila Lestari Agustina, I am graduated from University of
Indonesia. I have an experience before as a assistant lecturer, and as a guide students, now
I’m ready to looking forward for new opportunity.”
HRD : “OK Naila, for further information I will provide information via cell
phone”.
Naila : “OK miss, I’ll wait for the good news, morning”.
Staff : "Ririn please come in."
(Ririn entered the HRD room)
HRD : “Morning”
Ririn : “Morning miss”
HRD : “So, is it true that you are applying for the secretary position?”
Ririn : “Yes I have,miss”
HRD : “Why did you choose this job?”
Ririn : “Because it matches my degree, namely S1.”
HRD : “What will you do after you join this company?”
Ririn : “What I will definitely do is work as best as possible so that I can advance
this company.”
HRD : “Mention your strengths”
Ririn :” I am someone who is independent, can communicate well, I am someone
who is quite confident and I also don't give up easily. The strengths that I have are very
suitable for the secretary's field of work.”
HRD : “Can you tell me about yourself.”
Ririn : ”OK miss, let me introduce myself, my name is RIRIN KARINA. I am 23
years old. I am the second child of two siblings, I studied at UGM majoring in Accountant
and graduated in 2023, I worked in a well-known company for 2 years as a secretary. When I
was in elementary school I went to Cicurug 1 Elementary School, when I was in middle
school I went to State 2 Middle School in Majalengka, and when I was in high school I went
to State 2 High School in Majalengka.”
HRD : “OK Ririn, for further information I will provide information via cell phone.”
Ririn : “OK miss, I’ll wait for the good news, morning.”
Reina : "Guys, which one do you think should be accepted?"
Rafi : "I think we should accept Desti as a new employee in our company, because
she has skills that match our company's criteria."
Fauzan : "Good idea, we accept Desti as a new employee."
Reina : "Oke"
Reina : "(Reina calling Desti)”
Destiany : " Hallo this is Destiany speaking"
Reina : " Good morning miss Desti, I am Reina from Jaya Perkasa, I would like to
Inform you that you have been accepted as a secretary at the Jaya Perkasa company."
Destiany : " OMG thank you for choosing me, I hope I can do a good job."
Reina : "Yess Desti, have a great day!"
Destiany : " You too"
(Reina calling naila)
Naila : " Hallo this is Naila speaking."
Reina : " Good morning miss naila, Iam reina from Jaya Perkasa, I want to let you
know if you are not accepted in the field you are applying for at the Jaya Perkasa company."
Naila : " Yahh I am very sad, ok thankyou miss reina."
Reina : " You are welcome."
(Reina calling Ririn)
Ririn : " Hallo this is Ririn speaking."
Reina : " Good morning miss naila, Iam reina from Jaya Perkasa, I want to let you
know if you are not accepted in the field you are applying for at the Jaya Perkasa company."
Ririn : " Yahh I am very sad, ok thankyou miss reina."
