I. RATIONALE
The increasing frequency and severity of recent road traffic accidents including
private and public vehicles have cause a grave concern for road safety, pose a serious
challenge to policy makers, traffic implementers and to the society on how they will
prevent it to happen. An acceptable level of knowledge of traffic rules is needed for
any one of us most especially in public high ways.
The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office in collaboration with
the Traffic Management Unit to train every concern individuals to help self and
people in traffic rules and regulations by equipping the basic knowledge and skills in
responding to common emergencies in school, community and workplace.
Training aims to educate every concern individuals on traffic rules and regulations for
the safety of the community.
II. OBJECTIVES
This activity aims to:
1. Provide additional knowledge on the traffic rules and regulations.
2. Enables the concern individual to properly address and give
interventions possible road traffic incident

A. RATIONALE
In commemoration with this season of Lent, we Christians celebrates the Christ
crucifixion and His resurrection. These are times where we spend time with our
families, repent and reflect on the suffering and sacrifices of our savior. As part of the
norms, most people reflects in caving, adventure and travels where they take time for
precious time for silence and deep reflection.
Anent to this, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management aims to
provide Search and Rescue Team to ensure safety of the people and provide timely
response to any possible incident.
B. OBJECTIVES
This activity aims to:
