Constructive Feedback in Teaching Placement

The student has gotten into a good routine for their school placement. They have found the daily reflections to be beneficial and have learned a lot from reflecting on their teaching. Feedback from tutor visits boosted the student's confidence, and they focused their critical reflection on assessment, routines, classroom behavior, and tutor visits. The student plans to improve their lesson planning, assessment methods, classroom routines, handling disruptive students, and incorporating feedback from tutors going forward.

CRITICAL REFLECTION 2

CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK IN SCHOOL PLACEMENT

Since I completed my last critical reflection, I have got into a very good routine for my
school placement 3. I am really enjoying teaching every day and I have got to know my
mentor teachers, students, and tutors much better. The daily reflections have proved very
beneficial, and I have learned so much from reflecting on the classes I teach each day. The
most important day for me was the day my tutors visited, after the visits they completed
the school placement evaluation reports, these reports and meetings gave me a huge boost
in confidence that my SP3 was going well. For this critical reflection I have focused on
Assessment, Routines, Classroom behaviour and Tutor visits.
