From the above summary, the following can be concluded from this study:

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the researchers have determined that incorporating the use of social media in
marketing business products and services is beneficial. This research also states that the
majority of the respondents were inclined in doing several effective marketing strategies to
boost their sales. In line with this, the researchers therefore conclude that using different social
media sites and platforms is proven effective when used as a marketing tool. It can also
significantly affect the flow of business of online sellers and could either increase or decrease
the flow of their profit. Social media has been verified as an effective instrument in promoting
businesses, hence, sellers and other business personnel can fully and efficiently integrate them
anytime and anywhere for the further enhancement of their income accumulation and
acquirement of buyers.
RECOMMENDATION
The researchers want to employ the following recommendations:
1. For online sellers and business persons, to upsurge the level of your sales, you may opt to
using social media as a tool for marketing as integrating it in your business can help the
exposure of your products. However, be wary about the negative impacts of using social media
platforms and set limitations as well ensure proper usage in order to maintain harmonious
relationship between your buyers.
2. To the students, purchasing products from other branded shops is truly a good decision but
you might as well consider supporting local and small businesses. Purchases made from them
can be a huge leap towards their success. It is a sign of support and appreciation for their small
career. Furthermore, you may also consider establishing small businesses and incorporate
social media in it for increasing profit and customer number.
3. To the buyers/purchasers, the furthermost significant decision that you may consider
regarding purchases made from every seller, is to appreciate their products. Give compliments
as much as possible and suggest or made a critique/recommendation in a light manner.
Remember, every seller was once a buyer as well thus be mindful. They are just making a living
so try to be always considerate. Moreover, local support may also be considered. Give support
to small business by making a purchase on their products or services just like how you support
large business companies.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
The findings of the study are as follows:

 Using social media as a tool for marketing products online is proven very effective and
beneficial. The convenience and flexibility of the different social media sites as an
instrument for doing business also contributed to its overall effectiveness as a marketing
tool.
 The respondents have been using social media to reach their buyers and increase their
sales. It has also been proven that they prefer marketing their products online instead of
promoting it traditionally (e.g. finding customers in person).
 Several strategies are being done by online sellers to attract customer’s attention online.
These include posting photos, reviews and feedbacks of their products in creative ways,
using videos, hiring photographers and models, using discount coupons, and offering
some freebies or reward points.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The following are hereby recommended:
1. Marketing products and services in social media may be considered and applied to all kinds
of businesses to ensure improved brand reputation aside from internet-based businesses.
2. The use of social media as a marketing instrument may be developed through incorporating
other techniques in promoting other than the methods stated in this research.
3. The effectiveness of social media as a marketing tool may further be analyzed through using
specific social media sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) as a basis for future studies.
4. Content and thematic analysis with the use of interviews can also be considered as an
another form of gathering and analyzing data to further improve the quality of the overall
research regarding the effectiveness of social media as a marketing tool.
