Duties/Responsibilities:
 Comprehensive Web Development: Can manage all facets of web
development, focusing on optimizing layout and functionality to meet
organizational objectives.
 Design and Coding: Spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and coding of
websites, adhering to company specifications and industry best practices.

 Client Communication: Communicate with clients or project managers to learn

about their needs, provide project updates, and handle any difficulties or
feedback.
 Version Control: Facilitate collaboration and code stability, use version control
systems to manage and track changes to the codebase.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams, integrating diverse perspectives into the web development process to
achieve collective goals.
 Cutting-edge Solutions: Implementation of cutting-edge web solutions, actively
participating in ongoing development and maintenance efforts to ensure digital

As a web developer, your work will play a vital role in forming our digital presence and

environment. The typical workweek is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, which allows for a

Work Performance:

 Collaborate with designers to translate visual mockups and wireframes into

efficient, responsive web pages
 Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and optimize website
performance
 Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and
resolve any issues or bugs
 Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including updating content and
troubleshooting technical issues
 Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and best practices, and
recommend improvements to enhance the user experience
 Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end interfaces
with server-side applications and databases
 Assist in the planning and estimation of development projects, providing accurate
timelines and deliverable schedules
 Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to
gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address any technical
concerns

Job Competencies (Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

 Proficient in Frontend JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, and modern web
frameworks such as React and Angular
 Proficient in Nodejs/Go/ Java for backend development
 Proficient in Microservices architecture using REST API/ Web API integrations
 Extensive experience with Aws services like EC2, Lambda, S3 and API Gateway
 Proficient in delivering software in SN agile development environment
 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
 Proficiency in using frameworks like Django, Flask, and Ruby on Rails (for
backend development)
 Mobile development experience would be a plus
 Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly web pages
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education and Experience:

 - Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web development, or a
related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient understanding of web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3
- Knowledge of version control systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with database systems and web application architecture
- Experience with client-side scripting languages, including JavaScript and
frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with server-side scripting languages
- Experience with front-end build tools
- Familiarity with back-end frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Aure
- Knowledge of web security best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise.
The salary range for this role is PHP 39,000–120,000/month for base pay with
additional pay like bonuses, commissions, tips, and profit sharing. Then, when it comes
to paying by experience level, the salary range for these is 20,000–30,000 per month for
entry-level (fresh graduate), 40,000–60,000 per month for mid-level (3 years of
experience), and 70,000–100,000 per month for senior-level (more than 5 years of
experience).
