Final Publication of Electoral Rolls w.r.t 01.01.2023 as qualifying date

The Electoral Rolls of the State of West Bengal have been finally published today with
reference to 01.01.2023 as qualifying date in respect of all 294 Assembly
Constituencies of the state.

Continuous Updation Programme, 2023
After Final Publication of Electoral Rolls, the period for Continuous Updation
programme with reference to 01.01.2023 and subsequent qualifying dates i.e.
01.04.23, 01.07.23 and 01.10.23 begins. Under Continuous Updation programme, one
may enroll one’s name in the electoral rolls, if otherwise eligible. The forms w.r.t the
three subsequent qualifying dates shall be processed by the EROs under continuous
updation during the relevant quarter. The Chief Electoral Officer, West Bengal
appeals to the electors of the State to verify their electoral status in the electoral
rolls. An elector may check the details of assembly constituency, polling station, his
part and serial number in the electoral roll by any of the following means:

 Call Toll-free Help Line Number – 1950


 Type WB<>EC<>EPIC NO and send to 51969
 Access www.ceowestbengal.nc.in and search your name in electoral rolls
with Voter Card number
 Download Voter Helpline App from Google Play Store and know electoral
details.
Citizens may file form 6 for enrolment and form 8 for modification of their electoral
details or shifting of names.
