“RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON
TRISHA MEL A. YANEZA AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER
KATHLEEN I. MARTINEZ TO TRANSACT WITH LANDBANK LINGAYEN
BRANCH FOR BARANGAY SK COUNCIL OF LAOIS, LABRADOR,
PANGASINAN.”
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Laois, Labrador, Pangasinan do authorize
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson TRISHA MEL A. YANEZA and the appointed
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer KATHLEEN I. MARTINEZ to make official transactions
with the LANDBANK – Lingayen Branch for the Barangay SK Council;
NOW THEREFORE, upon the approval of all the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan
council of Brgy. Laois, Labrador, Pangasinan it is hereby resolved as it is hereby resolved
for immediate and kind assistance of the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN Council OF LAOIS for
authorization;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the office of FERN
ANN S. ZAMBRANO-Municipal Accountant, and to the LANDBANK-LINGAYEN BRANCH for
their information;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that “ the resolution remains effective and subsisting and has not
been amended, revoked or superseded”.
