Subject:- Picnic for students
Dear Parents,
It is hereby to inform you that our school has arranged Picnic for our students to give a fun
break from their daily routine/ promote teamwork, social interaction and relaxation. Picnic is a greet
way to get outdoors with friends and enjoythe time together.
To cherish such memories the school is organizing a picnic to Magic Mountain, Lonawala on 4th January
2023,Thursday.
Instructions to be followed:
1. The school will provide Breakfast and Lunch at the picnic. , If needed students can carry only
dry snacks with them.
2. The amount of the picnic is Rs.1500 including transport (Private Luxury Bus). The amount should
be submitted to the respective class teacher along with the permission slip without which
student's name will not be enrolled for the picnic. Parents should send the amount along with
permission slip in an enclosed envelope with their ward.
Note: The permission slip is available in school diary (Pg. No.9)
3. Thepicnic amount should be paid in cash only. Cheque payment wllnot be accepted.
4. Last date for submission of picnic fee is 30th December 2023,Saturday. Parents are requested to
submit picnic fee before 30/12/2023 to avoid any inconvenience. On spot entries will not be
accepted.
5. Schoolpick up, drop bus facility will not be provided on that day. Kindly arrange it by your own.
Parents are requested to droptheir ward at 7:15 am to the school.
6. Students should compulsorily come in P Euniform with ID-card &students should wear school P.T.
shoes/sports shoes.
7. Students should compulsorily carry a water-bottle, an extra pair of clothes and napkin in their
school bag.
8. All the belongings of your ward should be properly labeled.
9. Students are not allowed to carry any valuable things with them i.e. gold earrings or other ornaments.
10. In case if your child has recently suffered from any health problem, kindly inform the class
teacher beforehand.
11. Picnic fee is non-refundable in any case.
NOTE: Reporting time: 7:15 am sharp at Royal International School, P&T Colony.
Tentative time of arrival in the school: 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm In case of traffic jam it can be
increased. Dlspersal of thestudents will be from the P&T clrcle. Kindly note that if there would
be any change in arrlval time we will inform through the Class Whatapp group. Every private
luxury bus wll be glven a bus number. Kindly do note that bus number at the time of departure of
buses and stand near same number of buses at P&T clrcle during receiving of your child.
