Nowadays, more and more parents are making the controversial decision to
teach their children at home rather than sending them to school. Although this
approach to education has advantages, pupils who learn only at home definitely
lose more
opportunities.
First, children who don’t go to school only know two teachers, the same people
who are also their parents. Because of this, the pupils may not learn other points
of view outside their family. Besides this, there is also the question if parents have
the qualifications and knowledge to teach every subject. Perhaps their mother and
father are experts in one or two subjects, but any school provides teachers expert
in every subject.
We should remember that there is more to education than learning about topics. In
addition, going to school is also a way to meet people your own age and to make
friends. It is clear that children can socialize better at school, and as a result,
children at school will have the chance to start many lifelong relationships.
To sum up, I agree that parents can have some good reasons for having home
school, but overall, considering teachers and friends, it’s much better for children to
attend school.

Manchester United paid £12 million to sign him in 2003 - a record fee for a
player of his age. In the 2004 FA Cup Final, he scored Manchester's first three
goals and
helped them capture the championship. In 2008, he set a franchise record for
goals scored. In 2009, Real Madrid paid a record $131 million for his service.

he'd miss meals or escape out his bedroom window with a ball when he was
supposed to be doing his homework."

with Nacional da liha da Madeira, he signed with Sporting Portugal in 2001. That
same year, at the tender age of 16, Ronaldo turned heads with a impressing
performance against Manchester United, wowing even his opponents with his
footwork and deft skill. He made such an impression that a number of United

But in the sun you’ve to play the game
When you cry in winter time
You can’t pretend, it’s nothing but the
rain How many times I’ve seen
Tears coming from your blue eyes

But in the sun you’ve got to play the game
Give an answer of love I need an answer of love

Viva Forever
Song by: Spice Girls
Do you still
remember How we
used to be
Felling together, believe in
whatever My love has said to me
Both of us were dreamers
Young love in the sun
Felt like my savior, my spirit I gave
ya We’d only just begun
Hasta Manana,
Always be mine
[Chorus:]
Viva forever, I’ll be
waiting Everlasting, like
the sun Live forever,
For the moment
Ever searching for the
one Yes I still remember,
Every whispered word
The touch of your skin, giving life from within
Like a love song that I’d heard
Slipping through out
fingers, Like the sands of
time
Promise made, every memory saved
Has reflections in my mind
Hasta Manana,
Always be mine

Human body is made up of countless millions of cells. Food is needed to build
up new cells and replace the worn out cells. However, the food that we take
must be changed into substances that can be carried in the blood to the places
where they are needed. This process is called digestion.
The first digestive process takes place in the mouth. The food we eat is broken
up into small pieces by the action of teeth, mixed with saliva, a juice secreted by
glands in the mouth. Saliva contains digestive juice which moisten the food, so
it can be swallowed easily.
From the mouth, food passes through the esophagus (the food passage) into the
stomach. Here, the food is mixed with the juices secreted by the cells in the
stomach for several hours. Then the food enters the small intestine. All the time
the muscular walls of the intestine are squeezing, mixing and moving the food
onwards.
In a few hours, the food changes into acids. These are soon absorbed by the
villi (microscopic branch projections from the intestine walls) and passed into
the
bloodstream.
22. What is the text about?

B. The digestive juice
