The humble application for surrender cum bail


on behalf of the accused person namely Saryu
Paswan alias Sarju Paswan, son of Baijnath
Ram alias Baijnath Paswan, aged about 40 years,
resident Village – Raydih, P.O. + P.S. –
Nawalshahi, District – Kodarma, Jharkhand.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

1. That the above named applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated
in the instant case, and has not committed any offence.

2. That prior to this application no other bail application has been preferred
before any Court of law nor the same has been rejected by the Court of
Sessions or by the Hon’ble Jharkhand High Court, neither any bail
application is pending before any Court.

3. That this is the first appearance of the above named accused before this
Hon’ble Court.

4. That the applicant/accused has deposited penalty amount of Rs.8,000/-


(Eight thousand rupees only), vide receipt no.–694299, dated–
11.10.2022 and dues amount of Rs.20,250/- (Twenty thousand two
hundred fifty rupees only), vide receipt no.–5211100008290, dated–
17.10.2022 to Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited,. Domchanch. The
copies of the above said receipts are annexed herewith and original copy of
the same shall be exhibited at the time of hearing.

5. That the applicant is a local person and there is no any chance of absconding
or flee from justice. And the applicant also undertakes no to temper with the
evidence during trial of this case.

6. That the applicant is ready to furnish suitable bail bonds as per the
satisfaction of this Learned Court.

7. That the other grounds shall be urged at the time of hearing.

It is therefore, humbly prayed that this
Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
grant bail to this applicant/accused till
final trial of this case.
