History This Preliminary estimate has been prepared for providing operation of all
Electro Mechanical Services , maintenance of Electrical Installation and fans
and comprehensive maintenance of pumps , Substation , DG sets, AC units
and AFD system at RGMTTC ,Chennai and as per the site conditions. Hence
this estimate has been prepared and submitted to the competent authority for
the accord of AA&ES.

Design & This estimate provides for the following services for 24 months period in the
Scope RGMTTC , Chennai.
