1. What is the importance of NSTP and how does it affect you as an individual?
Ans: NSTP is a program designed to develop the youth's physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual,
and social well-being and promote defense preparedness and ethics of service while
undergoing training in any of its three program components. It has a big effect on me as an
individual to influence my self-improvement, performance, community involvement, and
demonstration of abilities and skills of students to an extent.

1. What is the significance of Principles in an individual’s life?
Ans. A principle is a guideline for how you wish to behave in a particular situation. Principles
allow you to live and work to your best while enabling others to understand the best way to
interact with you. When you behave in a manner that is consistent with your principles, you feel
confident and empowered.
2. How do the Principles of NSTP affect you and the community?
Ans. The principle of NSTP is the building block for the creation of a sustainable community.
They are what enable us to live in peace and prosper but they can also be used as a blueprint
for how to develop our communities.
3. Do you believe that you have a vital role in the community? Why or why not?
Ans. Yes, The roles of the individual are of a neighbor, an owner of the house or a tenant, etc.
The basic responsibilities of an individual are respect, cooperation, and participation.
4. Briefly explain the Principles of NSTP.
Ans. The primary objective of the NSTP law is to promote the role of the youth in nation-
building. As such, it aims to encourage the youth to become civic and /or military leaders and
volunteers who could be called upon by the nation in cases their service is needed.

Ans. Some of the principles that I have as a youth is the empowerment, positivity, respect,
youth-led, Inclusivity, equality, and diversity.
