Problem solving scale

Scale: 0=Never, 1=Rarely, 2=Sometimes, 3=Often, 4=Always


1. When a problem arises in the team, i first figure out exactly what the
problem is.
2. I try to get all the facts before trying to solve a problem.
3. I look ahead and try to prevent problems before they happen.
4. I look at a problem from the point of views of my teammates.
5. When solving a problem, I am not likely to do the first thing that
comes into my mind.
6. When comparing solutions, i look how each solution will affect the
people involved.
7. When solving a problem, I am able to think everything through in my own
head.
8. When i have a problem, I do not only rely on what I have done in the
past to solve it.
9. I keep an open mind about what caused a problem.
10. After selecting a solution, I discuss about it before I put it into
action.

Scoring:
Sum all item ratings together
Higher scores indicate greater skill at problem solving.
