Delhi/NCR. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's
growth through IT Product and services sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a BBA

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends to
develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT sales landscape in the Delhi/NCR region.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media,
and networking events.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients,
showcasing our IT products and services.
Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding
their needs, providing solutions, and addressing any concerns or queries.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and
revenue goals.
Sales Funnel Management: Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to
closing deals.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close
sales deals in collaboration with the sales team.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and
progress reports.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts
with the overall company strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration
(MBA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced business
development role.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Delhi/NCR region.
