Maddie is being interrogated by Sergeant Thompson about the disappearance of two men, Brody Thomas and Brian Mayfield. Maddie denies involvement at first but eventually admits that the two men helped the person who attacked and stabbed her previously. She claims the two men then stabbed her in the back, so she retaliated and did the same to them. When Sergeant Thompson asks where the bodies are, Maddie ominously responds "underground".

1 INT. A SMALL ROOM WITH A TABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. 1


THERE IS A LIGHT ABOVE THE CENTRE OF THE TABLE AND TWO
CHAIRS. THE CAHIR FURTHEST AWAY FROM THE DOOR HAS MADDIE
(THE MURDER) SAT IN IT. THE REST OF THE ROOM IS VERY BARE.

maddie is sat at the table with her hands on top of the


table. there are handcuffs holding her hands together.
through a security camera you see Maddie looking around the
room. making eye contact with the cameras periodically.

sargent thompson is walking down the corridor heading to


the room that maddie is sat in. he has a clipboard in one
hand and an audio recorder in the other hand. he is
wearing jeans and a white shirt. black shoes that look
freshly polished.

the door opens casting light across the room and sargent
thompson walks in to the room. Maddie looks up towards the
sargent as he enters. he walks across the room in silence
and pulls his chair out and sits down placing his clipboard
in front of him. he places the recorder on the table and
presses record. he pushes it towards the centre of the
table.

SARGENT THOMPSON
Right... Maddie.

maddie looks up making eye contact with the sargent.

SARGENT THOMPSON
my name is Sargent Thompson. i'll
be interrogating you today on the
accounts of the disappearance of
two men. Brody Thomas and Brian
Mayfield. The date is the 11th
November 2021 at 11:00am. Now what
did you do them?

MADDIE
I didn't do anything to them.

SARGENT THOMPSON
what do you mean you didn't do
anything to them? we know you did.

maddie interrupts him.

MADDIE
but i didn't do anything to them.

the sargent takes two pictures of his clipboard and places


them on the table.

SARGENT THOMPSON
do you recognize these two men.

maddie looks as if she recognizes them but shakes her head.

SARGENT THOMPSON
they're the two missing men. they
are also on your client record
sheet from in the military. Did
anything happen when you were
talking with them?

she looks at the photos again.

MADDIE
they were my last two client before
the incident.

SARGENT THOMPSON
when you got attacked?

MADDIE
yes. they helped him. i trusted
them.

SARGENT THOMPSON
what exactly happened?

MADDIE
he came to a session.

she puts her hands below the table out of sight. the
sargent notices but doesn't say anything.

MADDIE
he started talking to me. he
started saying some weird things
then lunged at me with a knife and
cut my neck. I don't even know how
he got that knife.

SARGENT THOMPSON
was it a guy called. kyle? he got
sent to prison. and was found with
a knife in his neck. but no-one
knows who did it. it was put down
as a suicide. the cameras cable had
been cut.

maddie looks up at the sargent. looking at him. straight


into his eyes.

SARGENT THOMPSON
it was you. you killed him. what
did you do to the others?

MADDIE
they stabbed me in the back so i
did the same.

SARGENT THOMPSON
so where are they now.

MADDIE
undergound
