The Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that C&V Teachers, Drivers, and Class-IV employees who receive special/additional increments after 20 years of regular service will continue to receive them even after October 1, 2012. 2. The order is issued under Rule 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Category/Post-wise Revised Pay) Rules 2012 and relaxes certain rules. 3. The Principal Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh issues the order on behalf of the Governor.
