Sandwich Stoichiometry

The document describes a simulation activity where students use the PhET simulation website to balance chemical equations for making cheese sandwiches, water, and ammonia. For each reaction, students are prompted to enter reactants, observe the products and leftovers, and determine the quantities of reactants needed to make a specified amount of products with no leftovers remaining. This allows students to explore stoichiometry and verify the law of conservation of mass.
