I - ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Domain 1- Content Knowledge and Pedagogy


 Prepared and used Instructional Materials (ICT Based) in Enhanced Mathematics
7 and Mathematics 7.
 Prepared DLL for Classroom observations in Enhanced Mathematics 7.
 Constructed an activity sheets and performance task in in Enhanced
Mathematics 7 and Mathematics 7.

Domain 2- Learning Environment


 Encouraged the students to clean the classroom daily.
 Encouraged the students especially the ESWM officers to produce a recycled-
products made from recycled materials that can be used inside or outside the
classroom.
 Reminded the students to segregate the garbage properly according to proper
waste management.

 Helped decorate the stage for Araw Nan Habongan last June 29-30, 2023
 Communicate with parents through messenger and letters regarding the
performances of their child in school.

Domain 7 – Personal Growth and Professional Development


 Attended faculty meeting for updates in LIS, Ground Improvement.
 Attended Meeting of Grade 7 teachers for the updates of Grades and
requirements.

II- OBSERVATION S/FINDINGS


 When it comes to being respectful and obedient, students in today's generation
are much more challenging to manage than those in generations past.
 Activities that will be given to the learners must be suited to all diverse learners.

III- ASSISTANCE EXTENDED:


 Assistance extended to struggling students who need additional activities and
thorough explanations to cope with the lesson.

IV – ISSUES AND CONCERNS/ RECOMMENDATIONS/ SUGGESTIONS:


 Students’ absenteeism and poor attitude.
 Teachers must have more seminars in Catering Diverse Characters of Learners.
