1) Isaac wanted to bless his oldest son Esau before he died but sent him hunting first to prepare a meal. 2) Jacob's mother Rebekah wanted Jacob to receive the blessing instead, so she tricked Isaac into thinking Jacob was Esau by dressing him in Esau's clothes and covering his hands with goatskin. 3) Isaac blessed Jacob, thinking he was Esau, which made Esau very angry when he found out and wanted to hurt Jacob.

Jacob tricks Isaac.
Genesis 27:1-45
Isaac had two grown-up sons named Jacob and Rebekah and Jacob hoped Isaac would think
