Dear Applicant,

Your appointment for VFS Global Visa Application Centre for Istanbul (Altunizade) - Territorial Jurisdiction of Consulate General of
Poland in Istanbul with reference number PLTR70268522575 has been successfully blocked on 23/11/2023. Pay the service fee at
any nearest Halkbank A.R branch on or before 24/11/2023 to confirm your appointment.

Please note the instructions below:

1. Carry a printout of this email along with your original passport and Turkish Identity Card (Turkish Identity Card is required
only for Turkish National & Residents)
2. Mention your Full Name, Passport Number, on Halkbank deposit slip.
3. Full Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth mentioned on Halkbank deposit slip should match the information of your
appointment booking and Passport.
4. Fill separate Halkbank deposit slip for each applicant.
5. Deposit the service fee in bank account mentioned below.
