*1. WASHING POWDER*
Raw Chemicals.
2litres Sulphonic Acid
18kg Light Soda Ash
1Kg Sodium Sulphate
Dye blue or prefered color.
*Method.*
Pour 18kg light sida ash and sprinkle sulphonic acid mixed with dye to soda ash until finished
while mixing with light soda ash add 1kg sodium sulphate and add perfume to the mixture and
allow to dry and then pack.
*2. DISH WASHER*
Raw Chemicals.
1 20 litres water
2 Caustic soda 100g
3 1 and half kgs sless
4 Sulphonic acid 1 litre
5 Salt 400g
6 Formalin 2 lids
7 Bemacol 3 lids
8 Amido 4 lids
9 Perfume lemon or sweet cherry

*Method*
1 Mix caustic soda on 5 litres of water until dissolved
2 Add sulphonic acid and sless, stir until porridge like
3 Add ingredients 5-8
4 Let it settle for overnight

*3. BUBBLE BATH*
INGREDIENTS
1Sless 2kg
2CDE 500mls
3Salt 400g
4Perfume sweet cherry/strawberry
5 Dye of you choice
6 Glycerine 500ml
7 20 litres water
8 Glycerine 400g
*Method*
1 Mix sless and cde and 5 litres of water and 100g 0f salt and stir until traces disappear
2 Add another 15 litres of water and remaining salt and stir
3 Leave it overnight for bubbles to settle and add dye and perfume
*4. 10 LITRES PASTE WASHING POWDER*
INGREDIENTS
1 10 litres water
2 Sulphonic acid 3 litres
3Sless 500g
4 Oleic 150ml
5 Sodium silicate 500ml
6 Light soda ash three table spoons
7 Perfume and dye of your choice
DIRECTION
1 Mix chemicals from 1-5 until there are no traces
2 Add 6 the following day

12kg adogen/aqua paste
2Steric acid 100g

Heat adogen until it is liquid and then add steric acid whilst heating and stir, add the mixture to
15 litres of warm water and stir until it is thick adding cold water until required thickness is
reached
*6. FOAMING DIP FORMULATION -40 Litres*
CHEMICALS
1Kerol 500ml
2 Caustic soda 2 tablespoons
3 2 litres toilet cleaner
4 Water 40 litres
*Method*
1 Pour kerol first in the container then add water bit by bit mixing well. If there are surfaces
with stains add two tablespoons of caustic soda and add 2 litres toilet cleaner

6 330g salt
7 Dye green
8 Perfume citrus zest

*Method*
1 Pour 5 litres of water into a 40 litre container
2 Add sless and mix
3 Add sulphonic acid and a handful of salt and mix until traces dissolves
4 Add NP 9 and mix
5Add light soda ash and mix
6Add the remaining salt bit by bit whilst adding water bit by bit
8 Mix well and fill the bucket with water up to 35 litres
9Add bermacol until required thickness is achieved
̄Leave the solution for 6 hours or so until bubbles disappears and then add perfume and dye
*9. LIQUID SOAP*

1 Measure your ingredients
2 Add sulphonic acid into 5 litres of water

4 Add another 10 litres of water
5 Add perfume and dye the following day

3 Heat tallow until it melts and remove it from heat
4 Mix all ingredients from 2 to 8 until the mixture becomes thick
