4. Current Leave Plan : It Is Basically In Which Leave Plan You Are Teaching/
Non-Teaching/Sr/Jr.
5. Leave Balance: Where Employee Can View His/Her Leave Balance.
6. Duty Schedule : Where Employee Can View His/Her Duty Schedule
7. Permission Request : If Employee Needs To Go Outside Of Campus They Can
Update Their Request In This
Click On Add Button
Select Date
Add Specific Reason
Click On Submit Button.
8. Tour Request :
Click On Add Button.
Enter City
From Date & To Date of Tour
Reason For Tour
Click On Submit Button.
9. Leave Request :
In This You Will Be Able To See Your Past Leave Details
To Add New Leave Click On Add Button
Enter
Leave Category : SL/CL/PL etc
In Full/Half Leave Enter According To Your Duty Schedule
Enter From Date & To Date
Leave Reason
Then Click On Submit Button
10. Shift Change : Will Be Directly Done From Your HOD So This Option Will Be Not
Used
11. Employee Present Chart : Is Where Employee Can View his/her Punch Data
12. Punch Request :
To Add Miss Punch Click On Add
Enter Date of Miss Punch
Then In Punch Date And Time
After Selecting Date Click On This Clock
Select Time & Type of Miss Punch In/Out On Left Side
Click On Submit.
Only Approving Authority Can Have This Access
13. Approval Of Leave/Miss Punch/Tour :
From Approval Drop Down Select Type Of Approval
All Leave/Miss Punch/Tour Request Will Appear On The Screen
Click On This Action Button
Please Select Approve/Disapprove Then Click On Submit Button
Only Approving Authority Can Have This Access
14. Duty Schedule :
To Assign Duty Schedule Of Your Junior Staff Click on Manage Emp.
Then Click On Duty Schedule
Click On Add To Add New Duty Roster
Click On Add Employee
Search Employee By His/Her Name, Then Click On Submit Button
Then After Select Location (College/Hospital)
Select Start Date & End Date
Then Click On + Schedules
Select Duty From Drop Down List For All Days Then Click On Submit
15. To Edit Any Duty Schedule Of Staff :
Click On Manage Emp.
Click On Duty Schedule
One Will Be Able To See All Duties Of Junior Staff
Click On This Edit Button
Then Select Duty From This Drop Down List & Click On Submit
