Recruitment program

The Bucket streat will need a total of six (6) personnel to implement and undertake
the total operation of the restaurant. The objective is to have an effective personnel to handle
all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, and maintenance.
Additionally, having a well-staffed team will ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
The General manager has the overall responsibility for managing and overseeing the daily
operations of a business segment, department, or stand-alone retail location. under the general
manager, there is a Finance officer, Operations officer, operations staff, and secretary.
Job description
General manager
● Maintain budgets and identify areas to improve in
● Set policies and processes
● Oversee recruitment and training
● Evaluate operational and financial performance
● Ensure regulations are followed
● Provide solutions

Finance officer

● Keep accurate records for all daily transactions


● Prepare balance sheets
● Participate in financial audits
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
● Collecting payments whether in cash or credit
● Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Operations staff
● responsible for the day-to-day operation of a business and ensures that all business
activities are followed
● Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
● Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
● Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
● Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen
● Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared
● Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
To find candidates for the given position, the business will use social media as a platform to
